Terms of Service

1. The service

The Community Bank of Self-Belief is a symbolic, motivational app for tracking weekly promises to yourself and sharing encouragement. "Invisible Gold Coins" have no monetary value and are not a financial product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not impersonate someone else or create accounts to harass others.
• One person, one account.

4. Community rules — zero tolerance for objectionable content

You agree NOT to post, send, or share any content that is:

• Hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory.
• Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating to any person.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualises minors in any way.
• Promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Violent, gory, or glorifying violence.
• Spam, scams, deceptive, or unsolicited advertising.
• Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Illegal under the law where you live.

You also agree NOT to engage in abusive behaviour toward other members — including stalking, doxxing, mass-reporting in bad faith, or coordinated harassment.

5. Moderation

Every post, comment, and member can be reported via the "⋯" menu, and individual members can be blocked so you no longer see their content. We review reports and may, at our discretion:

• Remove offending content.
• Warn or suspend the user.
• Permanently ban the account.
• Cooperate with law enforcement where required.

We aim to review reports within 48 hours but make no guarantee. There is no appeal for clearly egregious content.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the posts and comments you create. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the app and to remove it if it breaks these rules.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Permanently delete account, or via our Delete account page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Self-belief work is not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you're in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a local helpline.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
