Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and all personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, avatar, statement of belief)
• Your coin balance and full coin history
• Your weekly contracts
• Your community posts, comments, and likes
• Your notifications and notification preferences
• Your account login

What is kept

Nothing personally identifying is retained. Aggregate, anonymous community statistics (such as total coins issued by the bank) remain so the community history isn't broken.

How to delete in the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section.
4. Tap Permanently delete account.
5. Type DELETE to confirm.

Can't sign in?

If you can't access your account, email ljegib@yahoo.com.au from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we will remove your account and data within 30 days.
